Founder- Director & Editor
Prof. Subhash Dhuliya
Prof. Subhash Dhuliya is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with over four decades of experience in media academics and as a practicing journalist. He has been Vice Chancellor of Uttarakhand Open University, Director and Professor of the School of Journalism and New Media Studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Professor and Course Director at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) and Professor of Culture and Media Studies at Central University of Rajasthan He has also been Editor of Communicator and Sanchar Madhyam, the research journals of IIMC in English and Hindi, respectively
As a journalist, Prof Dhuliya worked for the Times of India Group of Newspapers, including as an Assistant Editor and Editorial Writer at the Navbharat Times and as an Assistant Editor at the Sunday Times of India and Times Television, New Delhi. He also served as Chief Sub-Editor at Amrit Prabhat, a Hindi daily of the Amrit Bazar Patrika Group of Newspapers, Lucknow.
Prof. Dhuliya has designed and conducted numerous courses in journalism and mass communication. He has also been involved in international projects, serving as a UNESCO Consultant for Journalism Education in the Maldives and a Course Director for training programs for journalists from Nepal and Afghanistan. He has also been associated with training programmes of BBC and Deutsche Welle (DW-Germany).
Prof. Dhuliya has pursued advanced studies at the International School of Journalism, Budapest (Hungary); Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (USA); the Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development, (Kuala Lumpur), the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA); and the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII).

संस्थापक-निदेशक एवं संपादक
प्रो. सुभाष धूलिया
सुभाष धूलिया एक प्रतिष्ठित शिक्षाविद्, शोधकर्ता और शैक्षणिक प्रशासक हैं, जिन्हें मीडिया अकादमिक क्षेत्र और व्यावसायिक पत्रकारिता में चार दशकों से अधिक का अनुभव है। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति, इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय (IGNOU) के पत्रकारिता एवं नवमाध्यम अध्ययन विद्यालय के निदेशक एवं प्रोफेसर, भारतीय जनसंचार संस्थान (IIMC) में प्रोफेसर एवं पाठ्यक्रम निदेशक तथा केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय राजस्थान में संस्कृति एवं मीडिया अध्ययन विभाग में प्रोफेसर के रूप में कार्य किया है।
पत्रकार के रूप में उन्होंने टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया समूह के समाचार पत्रों में कार्य किया, जिसमें नवभारत टाइम्स में सहायक संपादक एवं संपादकीय लेखक तथा संडे टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया और टाइम्स टेलीविज़न में सहायक संपादक के रूप में शामिल हैं। उन्होंने अमृत प्रभात (अमृत बाजार पत्रिका समूह का हिंदी दैनिक) में मुख्य उप-संपादक के रूप में भी कार्य किया। वे आईआईएमसी के त्रैमासिक शोध पत्रिकाओं Communicator और संचार माध्यम के संपादक भी रहे हैं।
प्रोफेसर धूलिया ने पत्रकारिता और जनसंचार के अनेक पाठ्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा तैयार की है और उनका संचालन किया है। उन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय परियोजनाओं में भी योगदान दिया है — जैसे मालदीव में यूनेस्को पत्रकारिता शिक्षा सलाहकार के रूप में और नेपाल व अफगानिस्तान के पत्रकारों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के पाठ्यक्रम निदेशक के रूप में।
